The Shenandoah Medical Center is pleased to provide services the Fremont County Medical Center located in Sidney, Iowa.

The clinic consists of three exam rooms, one office, a waiting room, laboratory, break room and a handicap accessible restroom. 

The Fremont County Medical Center serves Sidney and the surrounding communities.

Connie Holmes ARNP.  Holmes is a Board Certified, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).  She received a Master’s Degree of the Science of Nursing – Specializing in Family Practice from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE.  Holmes has been in nursing for 23 years with experience in Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room, dermatology, pediatrics, women’s health, and family practice.

Sharon Johnson ARNP is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.  Her area of specialty and board certification is in Women's Health. She has been employed by Shenandoah Medical Center and NMC Outpatient Clinic for 13 years.
