     This program is designed to meet the needs of the athlete that wants more!  Participants prepare specifically in the sport of their choice by training with a personal trainer.  The methods used can improve quickness, form, coordination, acceleration, power, speed, strength and vertical jump.  Each participant will be assessed and evaluated.  A specific program will be designed for that individual's needs.


Why do we have to do evaluations?

Pre- and post-conditioning evaluations are used to show improvements gained through the program.  Adjustments can be made during the sessions to ensure progress.

How long is the training?

The program will consist of eight weeks of intense training.  Participants are expected to attend each session for one hour, three days a week.

What happens after eight weeks?

A Maintenance agenda will be set up.  Participants are urged to work on those exercises to maintain improvements.  The agenda will consist of exercises that can be performed at home or at a high school weight room.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the program is $250 for 24 sessions.  Included in the cost is the ability to converse with personal trainers, a personalized program designed for a specific sport, and the chance to improve athletic capabilities.  Group rates are available.  Prices are subject to change.
