Nikki Carlson

Nikki is a native of Shenandoah, Iowa.  She graduated from Shenandoah High School in 1995.  She received a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion/Exercise Physiology from Central College in Pella, Iowa.  Nikki was the assistant director of a fitness center in Rock Rapids, Iowa for two years before returning to Southwest, Iowa.  She is currently the Director of Personal Training at the Shenandoah Medical Center and is a NDEITA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer.

 
                                                                                                                          

 

 

Heather Grebert  

Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA).  She is currently attending school working on a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Recreation and Wellness with a minor in Nutrition.  Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer in the Personal Training Department at the Wellness Center.
