Nikki Carlson
Nikki is a native of
Shenandoah, Iowa. She graduated from Shenandoah High School in
1995. She received a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis
in Health Promotion/Exercise Physiology from Central College in Pella,
Iowa. Nikki was the assistant director of a fitness center in Rock
Rapids, Iowa for two years before returning to Southwest, Iowa.
She is currently the Director of Personal Training at the Shenandoah
Medical Center and is a NDEITA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer.
Nikki Rengstorf
Nikki is a native of
Southwest Iowa. She graduated from Farragut High School in 1995.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Wellness from
Northwest Missouri State University in 2000. Nikki is a certified
Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor through the National Exercise
Trainers Association (NETA). She is currently an
Exercise Physiologist in the Personal Training Department of the
Wellness Center.
